To use NimbuzzOut, you have to download the Nimbuzz application and set up a free account. You also need to buy credits on a pay-as-you-go fashion before you make your first call. NimbuzzOut runs on Mac and Windows machines and the service is available on all major mobile platforms, such as Symbian (Nokia S60 3rd and 5th edition only), iOS, Android, BlackBerry and J2ME. The service works also over 3G, Wi-Fi. You cannot receive calls using NimbuzzOut. SMS text messages and voicemail are not available either.

FreeCall is a free software tool you can install to make and receive international phone calls from your PC or mobile. FreeCall is only available for Windows, but Mac and Linux users can use a free softphone to overcome the problem of a native client missing for their operating systems. After ou register, create an address book with your favorite numbers and then just write the username in the textbox and click on the dial button to place your calls. You can also send / receive SMS text messages. Call forwarding is supported, but mobile app and voicemail are not available.
